SOLUTION ORIENTED
Being solution oriented means that our focus is on how to solve the problem rather than getting stuck in the problem. It certainly does not bypass the process to solving it. It is having the ability to assess and understand the full scope of the current issue in order to solve it in the most effective way. Problems and challenges are what help us to grow. Without them we don't really learn but with a holistic approach it means getting to the core of any problem to provide the best solution.
ADVENTURE
One of my favourite quotes is by Bob Bitchin and it says; Attitude is the difference between an ordeal and an adventure. It is the ability to see our experiences and our challenges as an adventure knowing that life is always working out for us. It's making it fun, and it's getting curious. And of course it's about actual adventure in our lives too. How do you experience adventure? A road trip? Getting into nature? A day of activities? The things that excite and inspire us help us to come back clearer to things we need to do.
Authenticity is about living life in alignment with your own needs and values. It is about speaking your truth and embracing all parts of who you are.
Living authentically has a ripple affect into all areas of our life and when we chose to live with authenticity, our connections, our creations be it business or play will be in full alignment with who we are at our core. Being Authentic is key to a fulfilling life and business.

Growth is at the very core of what I do.
If we aren't growing, we are staying the same. Everything I do is fuelled by growth.
It is my passion and my purpose.

ACCOUNTABILITY
Accountability is critical to growth. It means mistakes are owned and we look at things through the lens of how we can improve and do better next time. Blame cannot co-exist with accountability. It means we take our power back and we take ownership and control of situations. Being accountable is an important value here as it ties into growth, collaboration and solutions.
COLLABORATION
Through collaboration we are able to multiply contribution. Outcomes have bigger impact and we achieve greater results.
I love the old saying, 'A problem shared is a problem halved?' When we collaborate with the right people who have the same vision in mind, our impact and productivity is far greater. We combine unique perspectives and have the ability to create and solve problems by seeing things through different lenses as well as learning about different pathways to lead us to our goals.
CREATIVITY
Creativity is at the core of all of us. It is who we are as beings. It is tuning into our intuition. Creativity comes in all shapes and sizes and each of us bring a different meaning to creativity. Being creative means we can be innovative and it opens the mind.
It can be a way to express, to teach, to share, to connect, to try new things and to solve problems. Creativity also plays a very big part in solutions, when individuals collaborate and bring together their own creative approach, we find new outcomes.
